Elena Ibañez

Elena Ibáñez is an INFJ and the founder of Singularity Experts, the most awarded vocational guidance platform in the Education sector, aiming to increase people's employability by guiding them only toward jobs and studies with a future. She is the author of the book " ¿Tu hijo aún no sabe qué estudiar?", expert member on "Jobs of the Future" at Los 100 de COTEC, advisory board member of Instituto Hermes, advisory board member of Cibercotizante, and collaborating member of Fundación ERGON. In 2021, she contributed to the Playbook ‘Towards Personalized Education: How Technology Helps You Personalize Education’, the first publication by HAZ, Alliance for Education, a platform aiming to transform society through education. She also participated in the Funcas documentary New Jobs, showcasing labor market challenges due to technological transformation and the skills professionals need to access future jobs. She is a TED Talker and a regular contributor to the Jobs of the Future section in Expansión y Empleo. She was selected Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain in 2020 and 2021. She is also a Board Member at W Startup Community and Advisor to various startups. Always connected to education and business, she previously developed her career as a Strategy and Digital Transformation Consultant at firms such as McKinsey, KPMG, and EY (Ernst & Young). She has spent over three years researching future jobs, making her the first person in the world to have mapped more than 3,000. She is also the mother of a space engineering student, the inspiration for Singularity Experts, who will pursue a career in a field that does not yet exist.
